Delivery -

Items can be combined for one delivery price, please telephone Trevor for a combined delivery price. The delivery will be made to the ground floor of a building only. No responsibility can be taken for putting the bath "in situ" in a bathroom.
Before signing for delivery of goods, please ensure that you are satisfied with the items delivered as signing will constitute acceptance of the goods. If items have to be redelivered more than once, this will incur a charge. (Redelivery means that the courier has tried to delivery to the specified address but for no fault of their own the delivery was not executed).
We would advise that it is prudent to wait until your goods actually arrive before making a definite arrangement with your plumber. We also strongly advise that you should only have the items installed by a professional plumber. We cannot extend our guarantee to any item which has not been installed by a professional plumber.
