The Distance Selling Regulations contain provisions for buying online which Bath Ireland complies with fully. We therefore allow a ‘cooling off period’ that allows a consumer buying online from a business to cancel their order 7 working days from the day on which they receive the goods.

Any returns must be packaged and undamaged in their original packing, which also should be in the same condition as received. Please note that the Return Shipping/postage fee is paid by you and that the initial delivery charge will not be refunded. (Your statutory rights are not affected).

Faulty items:

If an item is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and you will be provided with instructions for returning the items to us.
When contacting us please ensure that you write the name of the item.
The item returned must be complete, unused and in new condition. Please make sure when you examine the item you have done so without damaging or marking the product in anyway.
Please send a photo of the damaged item so we can proceed to replace the faulty item.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
